Bean Sprout Automatic Weighing Machine can be handled with 14 head multihead weigher, with a special large hopper design for large sized products such as salads, leafy vegetables and frozen foods. Bigger hopper volume, stronger vibrator and larger opening doors.
Weighing range 25-5000g with 1~8g accuracy, 5.5L and 7.5L are for options.
Sprouts are not an easy product to weigh correctly because they attach to each other as they move along the inclined conveyor belt and through the weigher. We have refined a method that allows the bean sprouts to flow easily through the system and be weighed accurately.
As the sprouts leave the inclined conveyor and enter the weighing system, they fall into the first of a series of vibrating pan. The sprouts move from one linear pan to the next and enter the weighing hopper. When the weighing hopper reaches the target weight, the upper pan stops vibrating until the hopper opens to drop the sprouts. When the weighing hopper closes, the process starts again.
